and RSA compliance standardsWork closely with the front-of-house team to ensure efficient serviceHelp maintain stock levels and report any shortages to managementAbout YouPrevious experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or barStrong cocktail-making knowledge and bar experienceConfident working in a fast-paced hospitality environmentPunctual, reliable, and responsibleStrong communication and teamwork skillsBasic Microsoft Office skills are an advantageGood understanding of restaurant and bar service flowAble to handle pressure and solve problems calmlyPassionate about hospitality and looking for long-term career growthRSA requiredFull working rights in Australia required.
