Today, we have a team of nearly 1,000 people and we're building a collection of iconic locations in Sydney and Melbourne.All about the role:Be empowered by mastering the Barre/Sculpt exercises you have grown to love, through expertly instructed creative sequences in a state-of-the-art studio, that will keep you feeling challenged and inspired with every class.You'll welcome members and help them find whatever they need or whatever they're looking forYou'll deliver immersive Barre/Sculpt classes in a newly built social wellness clubYou'll create thumping tunes to motivate and inspire members during the classYou'll embrace feedback and suggestions to improve your program deliveryYou'll keep the studio secure, considering temperature,



equipment and max occupancyYou'll advocate safety and ensure an overall safe environment for our members and team membersYou'll attend paid team meetings and contribute to a supportive team cultureYou'll be empowered to build a culture where the community become raving fansAll about you:You have your Cert III and Cert IV in fitnessYou have, or are willing to obtain, your First Aid CertificateYou have Barre/Sculpt qualificationsYou're authentic.
You love doing Barre in your own time and are passionate about inspiring members to experience physical, mental and emotional breakthrough moments in classYou're a natural on the podium and love leading group exercise classesYou're comfortable connecting with members and thrive on building true communityYou're self-assured.
