and flavour come together in a uniquely remote setting.To be considered:Experience as a Head Chef in a commercial kitchen (essential).
Must have Australian Trade Qualification of Commercial Cookery Certificate 3 or higherProven experience as a chef in high-volume catering, including bulk meals and banquet or function service.Experience in mining village operations (Desirable)Must have with a strong ability to meet client expectations for food quality, presentation, and strict adherence to food safety and HACCP standards.Unrestricted work rights in AustraliaMust have a valid police check issued within the last 12 months or be willing to obtain one.Must pass a Pre-employment Medical Test, Functional Assessment and Drug and Alcohol Screen.Driver's License/ Photo ID requiredDemonstratea proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to ensure smooth operations.
