90% paid and 10% organic, mostly Meta and Google, with a heavy lead-gen focus.
You'll work alongside James - the Founder & MD - for strategy, a Project Manager who handles the client relationships, a junior specialist who does the implementation, a copywriter, and a great team of designers.
Your job is knowing enough about all of it to strategise and direct properly.We're after someone who loves Socials and is always thinking one step ahead.
We are managing many campaigns so, you'll be switching between projects all day.
You need to be quick,
