Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our growing team.About the RoleAs a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering civil construction projects safely, on time, and within budget.
You will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, supporting project delivery, and ensuring works are completed in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.
This role will involve working across a variety of projects, including the prospect to work on remote and regional sites, so flexibility and a willingness to work away from home when required is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is carried out as per project plansCoordinate with project managers, subcontractors,



and suppliersInterpret and implement engineering drawings and specificationsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and quality standardsMonitor project progress and prepare reportsManage materials, resources, and site logisticsIdentify issues onsite and prepare RFI'sRequirementsBachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field2+ years of experience in civil construction (preferred)Strong knowledge of construction methods and materialsAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with project management software is an advantageValid driver's license (if required)Willingness to work away from home on remote or regional projects as requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive salary packageCareer growth and development opportunitiesSupportive team environmentExposure to major infrastructure projects
