support customers and help continuously improve our manufacturing processes.No two days are the same.You'll be involved in:Developing new products from concept to commercialisationConducting laboratory and factory trialsImproving existing formulationsPreparing product specifications and technical documentationSupporting customer projectsWorking with suppliers on new ingredientsEnsuring compliance with FSANZ and food safety standardsSupporting continuous improvement across the businessAbout YouYou'll ideally bring:Degree in Food Science or Food TechnologyExperience in Food Product Development with a focus on fruit prep or stabilised prep being advantageousExperience within food manufacturingKnowledge of food regulations and labellingExcellent organisational abilityPassion for innovationHigh attention to detailCommercially minded with client-facing experienceWhy Join Tropico?
