About the PropertyWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Farm Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a progressive beef cattle enterprise.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional who is passionate about livestock production and sustainable land management.The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all aspects of the property to achieve productivity, animal welfare and financial objectives while maintaining a safe and positive workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all daily cattle operations, including mustering, drafting, processing and transport.Plan and implement herd health, nutrition and breeding programs.Monitor livestock performance and maintain accurate production records.Supervise and mentor station staff, contractors and seasonal employees.Coordinate property maintenance, including fencing, water infrastructure, yards and equipment.Develop and manage grazing plans to optimise pasture utilisation and land condition.Operate and maintain farm machinery and vehicles.Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, biosecurity,
