This is an exciting opportunity to lead the safety and compliance function within Site360.
At Site360, we believe no business should ever have to gamble on the safety of the vendors it works with.
Every day, our clients put their people, projects and reputations in the hands of the vendors they engage.
The Site360 solution gives our clients the confidence that their vendors are safe, compliant and ready to work.
Based on the needs of each business, Site360 reviews and verifies vendor licences, documentation, Safety Management Systems (SMS) and ISO credentials on behalf of clients.
As our Head of Safety and Compliance, this function will be yours to shape.
You'll set the standard for how vendor reviews are done and lead the assessment of vendor Safety Management Systems.
You will also guide a small, capable team that verifies vendor documents, insurances and licences.
Based in Norwest (NSW), you'll report directly to the CEO.
The role goes well beyond working within the platform; you'll help shape our innovative company strategy and be a trusted voice in client-facing conversations.
You are required to be as comfortable leading a vendor audit as you are presenting outcomes to a client's leadership team.
