As a House Manager, you'll guide and mentor a team of Disability Support Practitioners, ensuring clients receive unrivalled, high-quality care in a safe, welcoming home.What You'll DoLead, coach, and develop a high-performing team aligned with CPA's valuesFoster a culture of person-centred careOversee service operations to ensure client goals & outcomes are achievedManage budgets, client service agreements, and tenancy arrangementsBuild strong relationships with families, carers, and external stakeholdersEnsure compliance with NDIS, CPA policies, and legislative requirementsMonitor and mitigate risks, safeguarding client wellbeingCoordinate facilities management to maintain safe, high-quality accommodationWhat You'll BringWe are looking for leaders who embody CPA values, are client-focused in their approach, and are passionate about making an impact in the lives of people with disabilities.Cert 3 or 4 in Individual Support and/or Leadership,
