Competitive salary packageImmediate start availableCompany committed to safety, quality and innovationSupportive leadership team with a strong team cultureOngoing career development and long-term opportunitiesDiverse and challenging civil construction projects across the regionThe OpportunityAs our Civil Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating day‐to‐day site operations, leading civil crews, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.You will be the key link between crews, project managers, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards while maintaining a strong focus on safety and productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise civil construction crews and machine operators on siteCoordinate daily work activities to achieve project milestonesMonitor productivity, quality and safety performance across all site operationsManage site logistics, including plant, equipment, materials and subcontractorsMaintain effective communication with Project Managers,



Engineers and stakeholdersIdentify and resolve site issues proactively to minimise delays and disruptionsEnsure compliance with WHS requirements, environmental standards and project specificationsConduct site inspections, toolbox talks and safety initiativesMentor and support team members to promote a positive and productive site cultureMaintain accurate site records, timesheets, progress reports and project documentationWhat You'll BringMinimum 5 years' experience in a Civil Site Supervisor or similar leadership roleStrong background delivering civil infrastructure, earthworks, roads, drainage or construction projectsProven ability to lead crews, coordinate resources and deliver project outcomesExcellent planning, problem-solving and organisational skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levelsSound understanding of civil construction methodologies, WHS legislation and quality requirementsExperience using Trimble surveying systems and site technologyCurrent driver's licenceStrong commitment to safety, teamwork and project excellenceAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsFit for work and able to pass medical and drug & alcohol testingNational Criminal History Check clearanceEligible to obtain Defence Common Access Card (DCAC)Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with unrestricted working rightsJoin a Team That Builds with PurposeAt FGI Developments, our people are the foundation of our success.
