building community connections and creating meaningful outcomes for children.You'll Bring:Previous Centre Manager or extensive leadership experience within Early Childhood Education & CareStrong knowledge of the National Quality FrameworkExcellent communication and relationship‐building skillsExperience managing occupancy, budgets and centre operationsCommitment to creating safe and inclusive environmentsACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood EducationCurrent WWCCCurrent First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificationsWhy Journey?
