If you have the right attitude, strong work ethic and are willing to learn, we're happy to provide on-the-job training and support you to build a rewarding career with us.Based in Flagstone (Jimboomba), we work exclusively on new build homes across South East Queensland, delivering quality landscaping and fencing with pride.The RoleYour day-to-day duties may include:Assisting machine operators with digging fence and retaining wall holesLoading and preparing timber for fencing and retaining wallsLandscape construction and garden establishmentPlanting and mulching garden bedsRe-levelling front and back yards following build delaysWatering and maintaining newly turfed propertiesInstalling basic front yard irrigation systemsGeneral labouring and site clean-upAbout YouWe're looking for someone who:Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their workHas a solid work ethic and is willing to learnCan work independently when required and as part of a teamHolds a current driver's licence and has reliable transport (manual licence preferred)Is physically fit and enjoys working outdoorsThe following are advantageous but not essential:Landscaping or fencing experienceCertificate III in Landscaping or HorticultureAbility to read landscape and fencing plansHerbicide and pesticide accreditationExperience operating small plant and equipmentApplicants must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.What We Offer$29–$35 per hour, depending on experienceCasual position with consistent full-time hoursMonday to Friday workOvertime opportunitiesOngoing work on new build projectsSupportive, family-run workplaceTraining and mentoring for the right candidateOpportunity to progress into a Leading Hand role for experienced or motivated team members
