This role suits someone who enjoys working closely with an adviser, contributing to strategy development, and producing high‐quality advice documents.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare high‐quality SOAs, ROAs and supporting advice documentationWork collaboratively with the adviser to develop client strategiesAttend and document client meetings (in person or online)Manage workflow and ensure advice is delivered accurately and on timeMaintain and update client records within XplanAssist with research,



modelling and scenario analysisAbout YouStrong understanding of financial planning strategiesExcellent written communication and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage competing deadlinesComfortable interacting with clients and supporting the adviser in meetingsWork ArrangementsOur office is based in Young, NSW, and while we would ideally like someone who can spend some time working onsite, we are open to flexible or hybrid arrangements for the right candidate.If you're a proactive paraplanner who enjoys being part of a team-oriented advice process, we'd love to hear from you.
