Key responsibilities include:
Assisting in the delivery of support coordination services for people with disabilitiesSupporting case management and care planningHelping individuals connect with local services and resourcesGaining experience in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS),



including support coordinationBuilding meaningful relationships with participants and their support networksAdministrative tasks related to community service delivery
