We are seeking an experience Finance Manager for an chance with a growing, investor backed business in the hospitality / retail space.
This role is an immediately/short notice start for an ongoing temporary basis.
Reporting to the CFO, you will own financial control and reporting across a growing asset portfolio, with a management accountant, margin analyst and two offshore assistant accountants supporting you.
What you will be doing
Month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations, including building out the reconciliation framework
Monthly board reporting pack, including consolidated P&L;, store level performance and variance commentary
Budget upload and actual versus budget reporting in Xero




Oversight of the weekly supplier payment run and payment controls
Payroll oversight and compliance, including payroll tax and workers compensation
BAS, audit preparation and statutory compliance
Managing and developing the offshore accounting team
What you will need
CA or CPA qualified
Proven experience in a Finance Manager role
Board reporting experience
Multi-site or asset heavy business background, hospitality or retail highly regarded
Available to start asap or at short notice
Fulltime in office, Monday - Friday
