BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis.
Based in Helensvale, this role is essential to creating a welcoming first impression for our guests and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our holiday park.
As a Receptionist, you will be the face of our organisation, handling guest inquiries, bookings, and general administrative tasks that keep our Park running efficiently.Key responsibilitiesGreeting guests and visitors with a warm, professional and helpful demeanour upon arrivalManaging guest check-ins and check-outs, including booking data entry and processing payment transactionsHandling incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries to appropriate staff membersResponding to guest requests and resolving issues promptly and courteouslyProcessing new bookings via phone, email and online booking systemsMaintaining accurate and confidential records of guest information and reservation detailsProviding information about facilities, amenities and local attractions to guestsSupporting housekeeping and maintenance teams by communicating guest requirementsWhat we're looking forExcellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to assist guests and create positive experiencesStrong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with clear and professional presentationProficiency in using computers and familiarity with RMS booking systems, email and Microsoft Office applicationsOrganisational and time management skills,
