This role works closely with a commercially minded CFO and plays a key part in shaping how the finance function operates as the organisation continues to scale.The RoleReporting directly to the CFO, the Group Financial Controller will take ownership of core finance operations while bringing greater consistency, structure and discipline across reporting and controls.
The role combines technical oversight with people leadership and offers genuine influence over how finance supports the wider business.Key responsibilities includeGroup month‐end and management reportingOversight of statutory reporting,



compliance and audit processesLeading and developing a small finance teamBudgeting, forecasting and cashflow oversightStrengthening internal controls, reporting quality and delivery timelinesActing as a senior finance partner to the CFO and leadership teamThis role will suit someone who enjoys setting standards, improving processes and being relied on for outcomes, rather than operating purely as a technical specialist.About YouThis opportunity is well suited to an experienced Financial Controller or senior finance qualified who is comfortable operating in a commercial, analytically driven environment.
