You'll play a vital role in supporting patients through their treatment journey while developing your clinical capabilities.In this role you will:Assist in the assessment, planning and delivery of nursing careCommunicate and document accurate, timely patient informationBuild therapeutic relationships with patients, carers and colleaguesPrioritise tasks to meet patient care objectives efficientlyPromote ongoing learning and adhere to professional standardsCurrent enrolment including medication endorsement with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency.
(Enrolled Nurse – Division 2)Selection Criteria:Post endorsement experience within an acute facility and/or previous clinical experience within Renal nursingDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and to work effectively within a teamDemonstrated effective communication skills - written and verbalPatient centred approach to care underpinned by evidence based practiceCommitment to quality improvement opportunities and involvement in sameApplications Close: 17 August ****
