About the RoleBolton Clarke is seeking a Quality and Risk Specialist to support the delivery of safe, high-quality care across our residential aged care homes on a 6‐month max term contract.Reporting to the Quality Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in auditing, investigation, analysis and reporting activities to identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
You will partner closely with operational and clinical teams to strengthen compliance with Bolton Clarke's Quality Management System and relevant Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC) and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) standards.This is an impactful opportunity to contribute to clinical governance, influence quality outcomes and support homes in delivering person‐centred, compliant and sustainable care.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct internal audits and investigations into incidents, complaints and compliance risksIdentify gaps, analyse findings and provide actionable recommendations to improve quality and safety outcomesPartner with operational leaders and home teams to build capability in clinical governance and complianceSupport the development and implementation of Plans for Continuous ImprovementMonitor risk indicators and identify emerging risks across servicesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure comprehensive reviewsProvide support during ACQSC and NDIS audits, including in office or remote assistanceMaintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements,
