Servicing stores across the Noosa region, Coolum Beach and Gympie, you'll drive strong in-store execution across visibility, availability and merchandising, ensuring our brands consistently show up at their best while building robust relationships with store teams.With 20 hours per week, this role offers a consistent, structured workload, ideal for someone who enjoys being active and highly engaged throughout their week.
You'll work independently day-to-day,



supported by a State Field Manager – Northern and a collaborative team, ensuring you feel connected and set up for success.What You'll DoVisit a portfolio of grocery stores within your territoryDeliver strong in-store execution across merchandising, stock levels and product visibilityEnsure displays and planograms are set and maintained to standardBuild positive relationships with store managers and team membersIdentify opportunities to improve product presence, promotions and displaysPlan your week and manage your territory coverage effectivelyUse digital tools to record store activity, report updates and maintain accurate dataTake ownership of your territory, contributing to team goals and overall performanceAbout YouWhether you've worked in retail, hospitality, merchandising or another customer-facing environment, you'll enjoy building relationships, working independently and delivering great results.Experience in retail, merchandising, customer service or other customer-facing environmentsExposure to supermarkets, FMCG or grocery retail will be highly regardedStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities effectivelyProactive with a can-do attitude, taking initiative to get things doneConfident communicator who builds strong relationships in-storeComfortable using digital tools for reporting and communicationComfortable being on your feet and handling physical and manual tasksReliable and able to work independentlyDriver's licence and reliable vehicle requiredReady to Make an Impact?
