Alongside this flagship asset, you will oversee a balanced mix of nearby retail and strata holdings, including two light touch single tenant assets and additional centres with similar operational profiles.This portfolio offers an excellent platform for a Centre Manager ready to add meaningful value and drive performance outcomes.What you'll focus onCentre operations — Oversee all property management and building services functionsStakeholder relationships — Build strong, proactive connections with owners, occupiers, and operational teamsLease administration — Manage compliance, renewals, rent reviews, and documentationFinancial reporting — Prepare clear monthly reporting packs and ensure accurate billing and debt managementPortfolio performance — Maintain presentation standards and support long term asset valueWhat you'll bringCommercial property management experience with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong financial acumen, including cash and accrual accountingA professional,
