This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Anaesthetist seeking a role within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment where you will provide high-quality anaesthetic and perioperative care across inpatient and outpatient services.The successful candidate will contribute to clinical leadership, supervision and education of junior medical staff, service planning and continuous quality improvement initiatives.About the RoleAs an Anaesthetist at Latrobe Regional Health, you will:Deliver safe, high-quality anaesthetic care across a range of inpatient and outpatient settings.Ensure clinical practice complies with LRH policies, relevant legislation and current clinical guidelines.Provide comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans, patient outcomes and clinical events.Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication and clinical handover.Provide supervision, support and clinical leadership to junior medical staff, medical students and other health skilled learners.Contribute to the development, implementation and review of clinical protocols and guidelines.Participate in service improvement and continuous professional development initiatives.Contribute to a culture of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.Working TogetherAt Latrobe Regional Health, we work together to respond to challenges and create a safe,
