You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations and presentation of three neighbourhood retail centres.
Working closely with Centre Management and service providers, you'll ensure all sites are compliant, safe, well-maintained and delivering a outstanding experience for tenants and customers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all operational services, maintenance and compliance across three centresLead repairs & maintenance budgets, forecasting and monthly P&L; reviewsOversee contractors, service agreements and performance reviewsCoordinate essential services testing, WHS inspections and risk managementRespond to incidents, safety concerns and urgent works across the portfolioMaintain strong relationships with tenants, service providers and centre teamsIdentify opportunities to improve asset presentation, reduce costs and enhance sustainabilitySkills and experience required for this roleExperience in retail,
