As we continue to expand and innovate, we are preparing to launch an exciting new Personal Training model for ****— and we are seeking an inspiring leader to drive excellence, high performance and innovation within our fitness team.Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role provides autonomy, ownership and the opportunity to shape the future of the fitness product inside a premium club environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational ExcellenceEnsuring efficient, consistent and premium operation of the fitness departmentOverseeing quality, safety, presentation and maintenance across gym floor and wet areasEnsuring all equipment is maintained to an exceptional standardProviding robust operational support to the fitness departmentLeadership, Performance & PT InnovationProviding strong leadership, direction and motivation to all fitness staffDriving excellence and high performance through leadership of the Personal Training teamLeading the successful rollout, execution and performance of the **** PT modelBuilding a high-performance PT culture through mentoring, coaching, accountability and standardsRecruiting, training and developing high-quality fitness and PT staffBringing innovation,
