Head of Business Development and Account ManagementHGA is one of Australia's largest online gifting businesses, home to The Hamper Emporium and Gifts Australia, and part of the Maggie Beer Holdings Group.Reporting to the GM, we're looking for a commercially driven Head of Business Development and Account Management to win new corporate business and grow our top‐tier corporate accounts.
This role is dedicated to origination and commercial growth, while our Customer Experience Manager continues to lead day‐to‐day service delivery.The RoleIdentify, target and win new corporate gifting clients across sectors including financial services, professional services, real estate, retail and governmentBuild and manage a new business pipeline via CRM, owning an annual revenue targetOwn HGA's top 20 corporate accounts as trusted advisor, running a structured account programme with quarterly reviews and upsell/cross‐sell growthContribute market insight and pipeline reporting to the General Manager and business planningLead and coach the Customer Experience Manager, aligning commercial targets with service standardsAbout You5+ years in senior business development, key account management or client growth (ecommerce, gifting, FMCG or retail highly regarded)Proven track record personally winning and converting new corporate businessExperience managing high‐value B2B relationships with a premium/concierge approachStrong commercial acumen and confident with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)Highly organised and resilient, thriving in a fast‐paced, seasonal businessExisting network of corporate decision‐makers in gifting‐relevant sectorsPassion for premium Australian food, beverage and gifting productsTertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or MarketingWhat's in it for youReal influence over HGA's commercial strategy and revenue growth trajectoryA fast‐paced, seasonal business where your wins are highly visible and genuinely countA close‐knitted,
