About Our ClientOur client is a local household name with over 20 years' experience assisting sole traders, ABN holders and more access asset finance, cashflow and other crucial loan solutions.About the roleAssist clients with appropriate asset and business finance/loan solutions & adviceStructure deals to achieve strong, lender-ready outcomesSupport and strengthen dealer and referral partner relationships alongside the Managing DirectorWork alongside the Managing Director to implement and follow through on business initiativesTake part in business development, new business and networking activities to support the growth of the business and develop new referral partners/pathwaysAbout YouApart from being down-to-earth, grounded and someone who is resilient, calm and determined when it's crunch time,



you'll also:Have exposure to car loans, dealership finance, asset broking and/or business cashflow lendingConfident in understanding different lender offerings and aligning appropriate lenders with clientsHave a good understanding of servicability metrics and be able to identify potential risks and roadblocksCommercially minded — able to balance speed, quality and outcome - understanding the importance of the client experienceComfortable stepping across and supporting your colleagues as neededHighly Regarded (but not essential)Experience in an Asset Broking BusinessAttained Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking & Finance or Certificate IV in Financial ServicesWhy This RoleSmall, capable team with room to make an impactWork for a brokerage which is anything but corporate, free of office politics and cliquesOutcome-focused environment with trust and flexibilityOpportunity to work closely with the Managing Director/Founder and fast-track your development in the industry!
