We're looking for someone who knows exactly how to ideate, film and edit content that gets attention online.The roleThis is a player‐coach role.You'll own our content engine end‐to‐end:Plan content with the founder across podcast, YouTube and socialsShoot and direct video (studio, events, podcast, BTS, social)Cut platform‐native short‐form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and some long‐formBrief and manage a small pod of video editors / contractorsOptimise titles, hooks and thumbnails based on performanceBuild a simple system so we're publishing at scale every weekYou'll be measured on consistent output, channel growth and lead flow from organic.Build a "business within the business"This isn't "come edit my clips and go home."If you've got ambition, this is your chance to build a media business inside an existing business:You'll design the content machine, not just follow someone else's.As the platforms grow,



we'll tie upside directly to channel performance and business impact (growth‐linked bonus/commission structure).
Over time, you'll have the opportunity hire and lead your own small media team, effectively running your own "agency" with one client: us.If you want a place to grow with real ownership instead of bouncing between freelance gigs, this is for you.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a rolling content calendar across YouTube, podcast, IG, TikTok and FacebookFilm and direct founder‐led content, live events and in‐person experiencesEdit hero pieces + short‐form clips; repurpose long‐form into multiple assetsManage external editors (briefs, deadlines, quality control, feedback)Analyse performance (views, watch time, CTR, saves, shares) and double‐down on what worksMaintain an organised content library and simple naming / filing systemWork closely with the founder to test current content formats and seriesAbout youYou're not a "freelancer who wants another client."
You want to go deep on one brand and build something.You have:3+ years in videography / content creation (camera + edit + social)Solid experience with short‐form social video (IG Reels, TikTok, YT Shorts)Confident use of Premiere Pro / Final Cut (or similar) and basic design toolsA portfolio/reel that shows you can tell a story, not just make things look prettyComfort directing talent on camera and running shoots end‐to‐endBasic understanding of hooks, titles and thumbnails for performance contentThe desire to build and lead a small content team over timeBonus if you've worked with personal brands, podcasts, coaches or education businesses.What we offerA genuine chance to build and lead the media function from day oneGrowth‐linked bonus/commission structure as channels and pipeline scaleIn‐person Gold Coast role with a founder who actually loves content and will back your ideasDirect mentorship, autonomy and a clear path to grow into Head of Content as we scaleTravel internationally to events and podcasts, and the chance to build something genuinely category‐leading
