We're a remote-first team of genuinely kind, curious people who care about doing good work in an industry that matters.The roleAs the Growth Product Manager , you will work with the COO, Head of Growth and Engineering to drive Growth outcomes in the Platform and for Customers.
You will use your experience in product management, design, research and analysis to shape the growth product strategy and roadmap, identify untapped Product opportunities, and uncover Customer pain points worth solving, to deliver product and customer experiences that hit a clear commercial bar on activation, retention, expansion and revenue.What you'll doConduct qualitative research - customer interviews, usability testing, field visits - to build a deep understanding of user behaviour and unmet needsApply rigorous quantitative analysis to validate hypotheses and identify the highest-impact areas for growthShape our growth product strategy and roadmap, using AI to stress-test and sharpen your thinkingDeliver UX design in partnership with engineering, taking initiatives from concept through to deliveryDesign and run experiments - A/B tests, usability studies, cohort analysis - to continuously improve the product and customer experienceEmbed AI into your day-to-day product process,
including designing AI-powered initiatives within the platformBuild strong relationships with customers, partners and industry stakeholders to surface opportunities and drive adoption of new experiencesCreate product updates for customers and help train our AI support bot through Help Centre contentOwn and report on the growth metrics that matter, giving leadership clear visibility into performanceWhat you'll bring4+ years' experience in product management with a strong focus on growth, ideally within B2B SaaSSolid grounding in product management fundamentals - strategy, prioritisation and roadmap planningStrong quantitative skills, comfortable with tools like Posthog, Mixpanel, Metabase.Qualitative research skills - customer interviews, usability testing, field research - and the ability to synthesise findings into explicit insightPractical UX design skills, with the confidence to independently design, prototype and evaluate product experiencesHands-on experience using AI tools throughout the product processCommercial acumen - a solid understanding of SaaS growth metrics and a disciplined approach to tying work to measurable outcomesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to turn data, research and design insight into a compelling narrativeConfidence engaging directly with customers, partners and industry stakeholdersComfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first scale-upUnlock job insightsHirer responsiveness Salary match Number of applicantsYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
