We're on the hunt for a creative, camera-savvy Content Creator to capture the energy of what we do and turn it into scroll-stopping content across social media.
The Role
As our Content Creator, you'll be the eyes and voice behind our brand online.
You'll spend your days filming action-packed moments in park, editing punchy videos, and dreaming up fresh ideas to keep our audience hooked.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who lives and breathes content — think reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes clips.
What You'll Do
Film and edit engaging , and eye-catching graphics.
video content (reels, TikToks, YouTube shorts, Facebook) showcasing the park, events, and customer experiences
Plan and shoot content in office, capturing the energy and excitement of Sydney Action Park
Edit raw footage into polished, on-brand videos with music, captions, and effects
Design eye-catching graphics and static content for social media, promotions, and campaigns
Brainstorm and pitch fresh content ideas and trends to keep our channels exciting and relevant




Manage and schedule content across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
Capture photo and video content at events, birthday parties, and special activations
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and seasonal content
Stay on top of social media trends, sounds, and formats to keep content fresh
What We're Looking For
Proven experience creating and editing video content (a portfolio of content is a must)
Strong video editing skills — Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar
A good eye for design; experience with Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrate desirable
Confident on camera and comfortable directing others in front of it
A genuine passion for social media, pop culture, and what makes content go viral
Highly creative, self-motivated, and full of ideas
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines
Fun, energetic personality that matches the Sydney Action Park vibe
Availability to work some weekends and school holidays when the park is busiest
Bonus Points For
Experience photography/videography
Basic Graphic design qualifications or a strong design portfolio
Experience in the entertainment, events, or leisure industry
