The Recruitment Department is hiring a Contact Centre Officer to promote opportunities and recruit suitable healthy volunteers and patient participants for clinical studies.Shifts are allocated between 7:00am - 7:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am - 5:00pm on weekends.
You will handle inbound/outbound calls, screen participants, and maintain the participant database
