Our client is a growing Sunshine Coast builder delivering high-quality commercial, multi-residential and community construction projects.As the business continues to expand further into commercial construction, government tenders and multi-residential developments, we are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator / Tender Manager to join their team.This role will lead the front-end pricing and tendering of projects, working closely with the company director to secure new work.Once projects are awarded, they are handed over to our Production Estimator / Contracts Administrator and project delivery team, allowing this role to focus on winning and pricing projects rather than post-contract administration.The RoleManaging the tender process from enquiry through to submissionPricing commercial, multi-residential and fit-out projectsPreparing government and private tendersExperience with QBuild tenders highly regardedReviewing drawings, specifications and consultant documentationLiaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricingPreparing scopes,



clarifications and tender submissionsIdentifying risks and opportunities within project documentationAssisting with value engineering and cost planningAttending tender interviews and meetings with clients, consultants and project stakeholdersWorking closely with the director to secure new projectsProjects typically range from $500k commercial fit-outs through to $5M+ commercial and multi-residential developments.About YouStrong understanding of the construction process and trade sequencingExperience pricing commercial or multi-residential projectsExperience preparing government tendersQBuild tender experience highly regardedStrong subcontractor and supplier network preferredExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple tenders and deadlinesThis role may also suit an experienced Site Supervisor or Project Manager looking to transition into estimating.What We OfferVehicle allowancePhone and laptop providedOpportunity to work on commercial and multi-residential projectsLong-term career chance with a growing Sunshine Coast builder
