You will work closely with the technicians and apprentices, coaching and developing their skills.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Manage and supervise service techniciansEnsure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, and Complete required documentationResponsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians and apprenticesEnsure your team achieves its KPI's to deliver resultsLiaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to endTo be successful in this role you will need the following:Qualified Heavy Diesel Automotive Mechanic (Cert III) or equivalent (mobile plant) is requiredExperience as a qualified technician, working with engine productsExperience in a supervisory/management role is preferredStrong communication and organisation skills in a high-pressure environmentCompensation And BenefitsCompetitive SalaryRelocation assistance offered from anywhere in AustraliaSafety equipment / PPE provided,
