We're seeking applications for an experience Site Administrator to contribute to AWCON's growth and help us maintain our position as a leading tier 1 Civil Construction Company.
The Opportunity
Working on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster, you will provide dedicated onsite support to a single project site, becoming a key part of the project team and supporting operational delivery.
This is a varied role where no two days look the same.
You will support project teams through administration, reporting, compliance, travel coordination and general site support activities to help keep projects running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Timesheet processing and data entry
Organising travel and accommodation for personnel
Reporting, project administration and providing regular updates to stakeholders




Maintaining training records and supporting site compliance requirements
General administration support for operational and project teams
What We're Looking For
Previous Site Administration or Project Support experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills with experience across multiple systems
Ability to prioritise competing tasks in a quick-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously while supporting a wider project team
FIFO/DIDO or resource sector experience highly regarded
