identifying risks and implementing corrective actionsEnsuring all work complies with health and safety legislation, codes and standardsPlanning and scheduling all project activities, establishing timelines and milestonesManaging project budgets, costs, resources, procurement and subcontractor coordinationMaintaining transparent communication with clients, team members, suppliers and regulatory authoritiesAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft OfficePrevious project management experience within the construction industryLeadership experience managing teams and coordinating subcontractorsA current driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites as requiredStrong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and safety regulationsWhat's in it for You?
