Due to our continued growth in this this space – AMF is now looking to grow the team to cater for our next level of expansion.We're looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Associate Relationship Manager to support broker and lender engagement, manage deal flow, and contribute to business growth within our growing non-bank lending arm of the business.In this role, you'll work closely with our Product & Development Executive to maintain strong stakeholder relationships, manage an active pipeline of opportunities, and ensure deals progress efficiently from enquiry through to settlement.What you'll be doingBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and lender BDMsActing as a trusted and responsive point of contact for key stakeholdersManaging an active pipeline and progressing opportunities through to settlementFollowing up outstanding deals and re-engaging inactive opportunitiesAssisting with lender selection, scenario discussions and deal structuringIdentifying recent business opportunities and increasing broker engagementRepresenting AMF at industry events, conferences and networking opportunitiesSupporting compliance requirements and continuous improvement initiativesWhat we're looking forExperience in property lending, broker support, BDM support or financial servicesUnderstanding of the end-to-end property lending lifecycleExperience working with brokers or non-bank lenders (highly regarded)Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication and organisational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA proactive, customer-focused and commercially minded approachExposure to a broad range of lending transactions and stakeholdersOpportunity to build strong industry relationshipsWork in a supportive, high-performing team in an entrepreneurial environmentCareer growth and career development opportunities across the whole groupBenefitsSnack cupboard - always fully stocked !
