The SAPE Group is seeking a Storeman/Driver/Customer service officer - Automotive to join our team based in Burpengary QLD, Australia.As part of a close-knit team, you will be involved in the day-to-day customer service activity that includes face-to-face, phone and email communication while supporting the warehouse in picking all trade orders.




You will also liaise with SAPE Sales Representatives to process inbound orders in a timely manner.The role consists of the following duties:Storeman duties in picking and packing customer ordersLoading and unloading deliveriesGeneral Warehouse and shop dutiesRetail store customer service and salesProviding sales support to our team sales representatives & techniciansBuilding strong rapport with customersA positive and kind attitudeAccurate mixing of automotive paints (training provided)Panel beating or painting experience would an advantage (not essential)The ideal candidate will have:Previous phone-based customer service experienceConfident, engaging and a natural ability to communicateResilient and able to overcome challengesStrong PC experience with a good working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeOrder processing experience preferred (not essential)Pronto Stock Management experience preferred (not essential)ExperienceintheAutomotiveIndustry retail or trade preferred (not essential)This is a great opportunity for someone keen to progress within the company.
This role has core working hours between 07:30am – 4.00pm, however we are adaptable for the right applicant.
Salary commensurate with experience.
