We are a Formwork Industry leader, providing works for over 30 years on Commercial Projects in NSW, ACT & Queensland, including hospitals, shopping centres and large residential high-rise properties.The role:We are seeking an Experienced Payroll Officer with a solid background in Commercial Construction payroll management.You will be responsible for managing the weekly payroll across multiple projects, awards and EBA's, including but not limited to:The weekly processing of payroll from end to endOnboarding and offboarding of recent and terminated employeesEnsuring employer reporting obligations are metPayroll month end processesWeekly Management reportsWorking with management to improve current processesEnsure employer compliance with ATO reporting requirements,



superannuation obligations etcStrong background in MYOB payroll software and add on solutions is preferableWhat you need:Minimum of 3 years in Payroll Management in a Construction environmentExperience in MYOB payroll software and add on solutionsUnderstanding of current legislation and complianceAbility to work with management to improve processesMust be Proactive and solutions focusedAbility to interpret Awards and Enterprise AgreementsStrong attention to detailAble to work autonomously and within a team
