We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Health Support Services Trainer to deliver high-quality training and assessment to students undertaking health support, aged care, disability, and allied health support qualifications.
This role is ideal for an industry qualified who enjoys mentoring learners and supporting them to develop practical skills and knowledge for careers in health and community services.About the roleAs a Health Support Services Trainer, you will deliver training aligned with the CHC Training Package, ensuring learners develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to provide safe and effective health and support services.Key responsibilitiesDeliver face-to-face and/or online training and assessment in health support servicesAssess student competency in line with training package requirementsDevelop and maintain training and assessment materialsEnsure compliance with RTO and regulatory standardsSupport and mentor students,
