This role will report to the Contract Manager and work across 2 sites - Nerang & Stapylton.You'll bring urgency, confidence, and a customer-first mindset.
You'll understand the bigger picture, set clear objectives and guide the team to deliver outstanding results every day.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead the operations management team for the domestic waste collections in the regionThe ability to plan for growth,



engage with the team and see it throughDeliver the overall operations strategy and drive ongoing improvement initiativesDrive a high-level safety, compliance and customer service cultureSupport and motivate a team of 40+ employees - across 2 sitesWork well with other leaders within the business including workshop, administration and corporate head officeEnsure compliance with all policies, legal and regulatory requirementsRemain actively involved in the day-to-day operations and lead by exampleABOUT YOUFantastic at employee engagement!
