financial outcomes, inventory control, and customer service excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and support trade store and fulfilment centre personnelBuild a productive and cooperative team culture focused on customer service and sales KPI achievementEnsure financial compliance and due diligence at site levelManage site profit and loss, implementing strategies to drive improvement where requiredTake full accountability for site inventory managementProvide management with relevant industry and market intelligenceManage and execute sales and promotional activities at the siteOversee transport resources to ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable delivery serviceAbout the OrganisationA global organisation operating across more than 90 countries with a strong presence in manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain operations.
