We are seeking a motivated and reliable Collector to join our Commercial Asset Finance team.Your Responsibilities | How you will make a differenceWe are seeking commercial asset finance collector to join our team.Correspond with customers in arrears over the phone and email to understand their situation and find reasonable solutions based on both business and customer needs.Manage a portfolio of accounts (30+ days),



contact customers and make suitable arrangements for repayment of arrears in order to minimise delinquency and losses.Negotiate acceptable repayment arrangements with customersIdentify financial hardship and work with the Collections Manager / Hardship team to provide suitable financial assistance.Your Skills & Experience | A little bit about you.
..2+ years experience in commercial or consumer collections, including demonstrated 30+ days experienceWorking knowledge of Privacy ActSound knowledge of collections processesA 'can do' and proactive approach to your workCollaborative and teamwork a must!
