We connect, collaborate, and champion the well-being of our employees, forming partnerships and pioneering change in our ever-evolving industry.In this exciting 12 month contract role (potential of extending)you will be responsible for delivering personalised service to our close network of customers, answer incoming calls, order entry and amendment processing.Key responsibilities:Generating customer credit requestsCo-ordinate delivery runs and customer pickupsBooking transport and maintenance of runsheetsLiaise with transport providers and carriers to ensure timely pickups and deliveriesReview and reconcile freight invoicesCreation of purchase ordersOrder and receipt of stock purchasedCheck in drivers and provide site safety/induction requirementsEnsure CoR compliance and verify load documentation, weights and restraintsPrepare and issue dispatch documentation (manifests, dockets, consignment notes)AtEtex, there is only one way forward: Building better together.
