and contractorsPreparing agendas, minutes, and budgets for meetingsConvening and running AGMs, GMs, and Committee MeetingsCoordinating repairs, maintenance, and contractor managementConducting site inspections and following up on action itemsHandling general strata administration and correspondenceYou'll be supported by a dedicated internal team who assist with:ComplianceInsuranceFire safety coordinationGeneral administrationThis means you can focus your time on managing your portfolio and delivering excellent service — without getting bogged down in background admin.What We're Looking For:Minimum 3+ years' experience in Strata ManagementHolds Class 2 LicenceStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management and multitasking abilitiesConfident and professional in managing client relationshipsAbility to work autonomously and within a teamHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsCurrent driver's licence and reliable vehicleInterested?
