As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated individual who takes pride in their work and want to be part of a respected local team.About the RoleThis exciting recent role will expand on our existing residential construction capabilities.
You'll support the Building Supervisors and become the first point of contact for potential residential clients.
You'll oversee the entire building cycle from first contact, plan selection, building approvals, supporting workflow processes and scheduling, and invoicing.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the pre-construction phasePresent and explain pricing options and packages to prospective and current clientsGuide clients through house plan selectionAssist clients with finishing and fixture selections (colours, fittings,



materials etc)Prepare and manage building and planning applications, liaising with local council, certifiers, and relevant authoritiesTrack application timelines and proactively communicate progress/updates to clientsCoordinate with the Building Supervisor to ensure client selections and approvals align with construction planningMaintain accurate client files, correspondence, and approval documentationSupport sales and quoting processes as requiredHandle client queries and concerns, escalating where necessaryIf you're a motivated, client-focused professional looking to grow with an expanding building division, we'd love to hear from you.
