Our medical centres offer general practice, radiology, pharmacy, pathology, allied health and specialists – all under one roof.Our Medical Marsden Park has a need for additional nursesto support our doctors.Job tasks and responsibilitiesAssisting with minor surgical proceduresChild and Adult immunisationDressings and wound careSterilisation of instruments as per RACGP guidelinesSkills and experienceCurrent registrationExperience in a Medical Centre Treatment Room preferred but no essentialDemonstrated ability to deliver quality patient careExperience working within a teamKnowledge of Immunisation schedule for children and adultsStrong understanding of what Customer Service excellence meansExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritise tasksAbility to work independentlyHigh standards of personal presentationExperience with iron infusions highly desiredEvidence of immunisation and immunity to:Diptheria, tetanus & pertussisTuberculosis (Screening may be required)
