About the role:MYMC are on the lookout for 'Shift Workers' to join our Kitchen Team across our batching, prep & dishwashing team.Our Kitchen operate from Sunday to Thursday & we are looking to hire for our Afternoon Shift.Afternoon Shift:



2:15pm - 10:21pmKey Responsibilities:Batching & Prep:Weighing and measuring ingredients using scalesPreparing ingredients according to batch sheets or production recipesOpening, unpacking, and organising bulk ingredientsPreparing sauces, marinades, or seasoning mixesFollowing HACCP and food safety proceduresSkills & Experience:Physical Fitness: Capable of standing, lifting (up to 20kg) & bending to pick up and move products.Team Player: Possess a strong team player attitude and work ethic.Workplace: Ability to work in a cold environment with appropriate PPE wornReliability and Commitment: Demonstrates reliability and commitment, ensuring opportunities for ongoing work.Strong Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly.Safety: Follow correct lifting techniques & adhere to all safety and quality standards.What we offer you:Close to public transport + free parking in surrounding streetsCareer path opportunities with the ability to become permanentAccess to our meals - $1 meals on site dailyReward and Recognition programOn the Spot Award Gift VouchersNext Steps:All shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a phone interview before organising an on-site interview
