Our strong "can-do" attitude and commitment to excellence drive our success and consistently achieve 100% client advocacy.The RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Field Technician to install, replace, troubleshoot, and maintain electronic equipment at customer locations.Based at our Brisbane depot in Geebung, this role services customers throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas, with regular travel to locations south of Brisbane, including the Gold Coast.
As part of our continued growth, there may also be opportunities to support future expansion into the Gold Coast and Northern NSW regions.This is a field-based role involving significant daily driving between customer sites.

and equipment are provided.This role is ideal for someone with:Basic computer repair or IT experienceExperience working with hardware, cables, and electronic equipmentA willingness to learn and develop technical skillsA practical, hands‐on approach to problem solvingTraining and support will be provided to help you build your skills and confidence in the field.Key ResponsibilitiesInstalling, replacing, and maintaining EFTPOS terminals, POS systems, pin pads, PCs, peripherals, scanner scales, and networking equipmentAttending customer sites to diagnose faults and complete repairsProviding professional and friendly customer service while resolving technical issuesCompleting equipment installations, upgrades, and replacements accurately and efficientlyManaging assigned jobs from start to finish and ensuring work is completed to a high standardMaintaining accurate boot stock records and handling parts and equipment responsiblyTravelling regularly between customer locations as part of daily field operationsRequirementsStrong communication and customer service skillsBasic computer hardware and software knowledgeSome experience with PC repairs, installations, or technical troubleshootingA willingness to learn recent technologies and develop technical skillsAbility to pass a medical and police checkExperience in fault diagnosis and PC hardware repairsExperience installing EFTPOS, POS, networking, or electronic equipmentNMI Certification (6.2 Non-Automatic Weighing Instruments)
