chilled and produce freight movementsManaging cross-dock requirements and delivery schedulesPreparing manifests and delivery documentationMaintaining accurate freight and pallet recordsCompleting operational reporting and compliance requirementsCoordinating subcontractor documentation and run sheetsMonitoring pallet movements and space utilisationProviding operational updates to drivers, stakeholders and internal teamsEnsuring all delivery information is accurately entered into systems

Experience working in a transport, logistics, warehouse or freight environmentStrong safety focus and understanding of freight handling practicesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong computer skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft ExcelAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesFlexibility to work outside normal rostered hours when operationally required
Highly Regarded
Experience in transport allocation, scheduling or logistics coordinationKnowledge of transport planning and load managementExposure to Transport Management Systems (TMS)Experience managing freight documentation and operational reporting
