You'll provide personalised support tailored to each individual, while following support plans to ensure safety, well-being, and consistency of care.Key DutiesSupporting participants with community access, personal care, and domestic assistanceEncouraging skill-building and independence through everyday activitiesProviding companionship and meaningful engagementFollowing individual Support Plans, Behaviour Support Plans, and risk strategiesAccurately completing required documentation and reportingWorking collaboratively with families,
