Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Casual Brand Ambassador and Event Staff, your tasks may include:Representing a variety of brands, products, and services with enthusiasm and professionalismDistributing promotional materials, samples, and giveaways to engage potential customersDelivering exceptional customer service, building rapport and generating leadsSupporting in event operations, including food & beverage service, guest registration, event hosting, and ticketingWorking as part of concerts, festivals, and merchandise teamsAssisting with event setup, pack-down, and general on-site logisticsBringing events to life by performing as a mascot or fun costume characters (if you're up for it!)Providing reliable business support tailored to our clients' needsCreating memorable experiences by bringing positive energy and great vibes to every event!
Different roles, tasks and responsibilities every shift!
Skill & ExperienceRole Requirements (non-negotiable):MUST have experience in any client- or customer-facing/service role (e.g. retail, hospitality, or similar industries).
MUST meet at least ONE of the following criteria:holds a current WWCC (employee-type) or RSA Certificate.previous experience in Sales/Lead Generation within a KPI-driven environment.previous experience as a Mascot, Costume Character or Promotional Character at events, activations, or similar engagements.Bonus Skills/Experiences/Qualifications (great to have, NOT required)Proven experience in leading and managing a teamHas a valid Driver's Licence and access to a car
